I am currently doing some keyword research on a niche I am interested in using Wordtracker, one of my home based internet marketing business tools. I subscribed to the trial version of the tool to check out what Wordtracker is all about.

Wordtracker is a cool tool because it helps to develop a list of likely keyword phrases based on other website’s keywords tags and then searches a thesauraus, to help create an initial list of keyword phrases.

Based on the keyword phrases Wordtracker comes up with, it shows what people using the search engines are actually typing into their search box.

The trial version of Wordtracker limits you to just one search engine MSN so you don’t get the whole picture of what’s going on in other top search engines such as Google and Yahoo. So I have decided to go for the full works.

Wordtracker has a number of figures to help you analyze if your keyword phrases are any good or not which I will discuss in more detail in Part2 of my review.
