My EzineArticles.com account is suspended
My EzineArticles.com account was suspended yesterday.
Last week, I opened the account and submitted an article which was reviewed and published. Yesterday, I tried logging into my account only to find out it had been suspended.
I did the usual thing and sent an email to find out why the account had been suspended. I got an email saying my second article looked exactly like another article so it looked like I didn’t have exclusive rights to the article.
The article in question was sourced from a Private Label Articles site that I belong to. I did modify the article before I submitted it.
Unfortunately for me, I should have read the Editorial Guidelines thoroughly which specifically said don’t use Private Label Articles because of the fact that a lot of other people will use the same articles.
Anyway I explained to EzineArticles.com my side of the story and as of now my case is pending so I don’t know if I will be reinstated or not.
My advice to anyone thinking of publishing articles is to read the Editorial Guidelines thoroughly to know what can be published. It might save you the hassle of getting your account suspended.
